Not professional advice
Every calculator, lookup, and generated document on this site is provided for informational and estimation purposes only, based on published formulas and rate tables that are dated and cited on each tool's page. This is not tax, legal, financial, or accounting advice, and IndianBusinessTools is not a chartered accountancy or law firm. Tax rates and rules change, and state-level rates in particular can change faster than any third-party site can track. Verify any figure against the official government source, or a qualified professional, before filing a return, signing a document, or making a business decision based on it.
No liability for outcomes
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IndianBusinessTools and its operators are not liable for any loss, penalty, interest, or damages arising from reliance on a calculation, lookup result, or generated document from this site — including where a rate table was out of date at the time you used it.
Free tools
Calculators and lookups are free with no usage limit. We may change, discontinue, or add limits to any free tool at any time, though we'll try to give notice for anything that changes materially.
Document generation
Document generation (invoices, quotations, purchase orders and similar) is currently free and unlimited, with no watermark, while we're in an early-access period to learn how the tools are actually used. We may introduce a daily limit and watermark on the free tier at any time, paired with a paid plan that removes them — we'll flag that change on this page and on the pricing section when it happens. Whatever the current terms are, generated documents are your responsibility to review for accuracy — including GST numbers, amounts, and terms — before sending them to a counterparty or filing them.
Premium subscription (not yet active)
When introduced, the premium plan (₹299/month or ₹999/year) will remove the document daily limit and watermark and add saved profiles, templates, bulk generation, and Excel export. Subscriptions will auto-renew until cancelled, cancellable any time from your account with cancellation effective at the end of the current billing period. Payments will be processed by Razorpay; we won't store your card or bank details. Refund requests will be handled case by case — contact us below.
Acceptable use
Don't scrape, resell, or redistribute this site's tools or rate data as your own product, and don't use generated documents for fraudulent purposes. We may suspend access for accounts that violate this.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site adds features (accounts, payments, new tools). Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
